Characteristics
Pilot valves are intended for mechanical control of a main valve and are ready for direct installation in the top cover of the main valve AM3, AICS3. The ACVC-pilot is designed to maintain a constant pressure at an external reference point in the system.
When a ACVC is mounted in a ACVH housing, it can be used as a separate constant-pressure valve or a pressure relief valve (e.g. to prevent hydraulic over pressure in an entrapped liquid).
